f2b category approved i130 pending i485
has anyone received termination notice of approved i130 in 2017 while i485 has been pending since 2022 due to visa not available any idea on how to proceed with this

i think its because you did an adjustment of status instead of NVC. I read a post on reddit about this

I think you have to speak to a lawyer give all details and see what a lawyer thinks, and do that asap!
