if you can prove you have strong ties in your home country such as job etc and you don't plan on staying in the USA then you can apply

and that you can support yourself when you visit the USA

oh dats the problem because both my parents are in the USA

so any idea on how I can prove it ?

we applied for the same and they denied it saying we have to wait as we have already filed our petition

@sam will You have already demonstrated immigrant intent because there is an i130 on file. You would have to disclose it on the ds 160. As soon as they know this they may not grant the visa.
