@TWS 23 They asked me standard questions like if I had traveled outside the country, if I had been arrested ever, or whether or not I had worked without authorization or been part of a military group

@Sa Sa yes the I-485 was submitted on 2022 because it was current then on the visa bulletin for the F2A category. it wasn’t current on 2021 so that’s why we waited then

@Liam A @Sa Sa my dad filed i130 for me in 2023 sept! under f2a unmarried child under 21. can i file i485 now as the date is current?

@ yes if you have a valid visa rn that you are in the states you should be able to!
