Hi, my priority date is April 29, 2023. I recently logged into my USCIS account and noticed that the estimated time for a case decision has been updated to **"3 weeks."** Could someone please explain what this means?

It means nothing, unfortunately those estimations are not reliable.

it is notoriously inaccurate. it will fluctuate and longer after your case is over it will still be there fluctuating. ignore it.

It's false. The processes have been going on for about 3 years.
