yes you have to wait till the I-130 is approved

you can file all of them same time . I did and my i130 i765 i131 was approved same time just waiting for i485 so yeah you can file all of them

you can apply for all in that way the work authorization can come through first even if the green card is not approved . remember i130 is for the sponsor i1485 is for the beneficiary so you definitely should not wait but did everything in on packet .
