@B A no they waived it, waiting for i485 now but i dont think they will approve it unless the visa bulletin change, do u know if the i485 is affected by bulletin? or only the i130

@lama l that’s true though, in all we wait and be hopeful. I don’t think it does, I met this girl who filled in July also and she recently went for her own interview. she was told that she needed to wait till the bulletin say f2a is current.

yea they do interview but they not gonna do decision because of visa bulletin cuz I’m still waiting my pd April 7 2023and November 20 2023 and still waiting
