Hey all. we submitted our I-130 (see timeline) and haven’t received any updates since filing. We reached out to USCIS and they told us that as of 4/4/21, our case status is “Ready for case review”. I asked what this means and she responded “They are processing the information you sent and will be making a decision. I do not have a timeline on how long it will take for that to happen”. We have never received a “case being actively reviewed”, so I’m curious if anyone else has been told this? thanks!

ya.. looks like we are in the same boat. hopefully some good news soon! been a very long wait and this isn’t even the half of it 🙈
