how can you apply the advance parole to travel? I have the same situation. f2a, PD: 5/1/2023, I-130 approved in Sept 2023, I-485 actively reviewed for 2nd time Sept 2023 and never have received response back from I-485, I-765 approved October 2023. I didn’t apply for the advance parole of travel when submitted all the forms, can I submit it now?

if I guess right you filled this form for following reasons An advance parole document for someone outside the United States (for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit)

@renata z if you filed before april 2023 it could have been done at the same time because it was current. it all depends on your priority date
