I contacted the congressman after my biometrics but nothing happened. In mid-April I expedited through Emma and faxed the following documents:
1) Joint tax return (showing that we are low income)
2) The petitioner’s last bank statements (showing that he has been unemployed since mid-March)
3) Rent Increase Letter
4) School bills
5) The beneficiary’s medical spendings due to a chronic health condition
6) USD-TRY currency graph (Last 3 months since the earthquake)
About 30-40 days after the expedite I saw the appoval notice.

@FR P I faxed all those except medical records and tax as mine is parent and I got denied both times....🤦♀️
