Ask your spouse to contact the congressman from your state on your immigration case. You guys can do this going on your congressmans website and sending it a message. This helps a lot!! Your spouse can also go to the White House website and do the same thing. My husband did this and helped my case. Good luck, God bless you!!

@Esther Chayca I was thinking of doing that once hitting the 25 month mark. I also saw that some people have sent enquiries to uscis about why the case is taking so long and they ended up receiving an answer shortly after that. So I think I'd try that Monday 🤞🏻

@Esther Chayca Do you have a template or something you worked off for the email to Congressman? Or could you tell me more or less what you said in there? We're you also in the F2A category?

they have questions that you have to answer about your case before you send the message. You just explain your case and add you case number. Basically is that.

they will get back to you by email and they will ask you some questions. It doesn’t matter what type of case you’re in. they work for you.
