F2A- I-485 Administrative closed a month after response to RFE(Medical) PD 22March 2022
Hi everyone, This strees of not knowing what is in the notice is killing me. All my cases has been approved (I-131, I-130, I-765). I was only expecting my I-485 gets to decision…but all of the sudden got update as Administatively Closed!!! No asylem or any pending case!! All documents has been uploaded compeltely through my lawyer!! Not in removal processing!!! I can not think about any reason!!!! Anybody has same experience???? please!!??!!? Thanks

your visa bulletin is not current you will probably have to wait utill a green card is available for you. is your spouse a permanent resident - right?

LPR time it’s not current for them to to issue a green card so you just have to wait.

@Jane Frances I checked, the funiest part is this time they have not uploaded any online document…thats why I have no idea what is if for and what should I do

@Mary E when i reached out uscis agents, and my congressman for the pending I-485, they said that the visa bulletin will not impact the I-485 processing. so shouldn’t be that issue. you better call the agent and ask if they can provide more details

@j l Thank you! They wont say anything! I tried 3times, they said they can not see any notice same as me! I need to wait for the notice

@sam shirahoo My lawyer has been following up with USCIS to reopen the case. It seems it was an office error, but we’re not sure what would he their response or what is my visa status!!😓
