F1 October 2018 case received transfer to ELIS May 2024 and now saying only on Lawfully In Process

I don’t understand why so long , I am in the UK

2018 is a long time but i think not long for you now

do we have any alternative because I need to go like yesterday

It may takes 8-9 years to final the whole process

I was expecting to be approved by now but nothing

my Son and daughter are waiting for almost 7 years since june 2019 that I submit the application and only my son is in Elis IOE , my Daughter still on WAC is anyone in the same situation?

@juana acierno I was in WAC and was transfer to IOE like your son with status CASE WAS RECEIVED RECEIPT NOTICE NOT SENT... Does your son status says the same or was it approved??

you can check the visa bulletin. It’s saying September 1 to October 2018 right now.

It’s saying September 1, 2017 to October 1, 2018

it looks as if your PD day should be coming up for October 2018

you have to check your timeline !
