anyone waiting for an approval in this category I live in the UK is over four years now, and I have not heard anything since. Since the case was received, they have not looked on that case again.

This category takes a lot of time, like 11 years to finish everything. I am in the same category, but from May 2019, and nothing yet. The only thing we can do is wait patiently and have faith.
