Exploitation by BDV and next steps to proceed further
BDV forced us to go to work with within 60 days of i765 approval under the threats of i140 revocation( its fine and dandy as we signed their terms and conditions when signing for the program)Now when the 1 year is over and Employer is okay with us leaving and returning after approval of i485, BDV sent out an email to sponsoring company’s HR saying we can’t quit? That’s what our sponsoring comany’s HR showed us when we said we would like to leave and return after i485 approval( comapny was okay with it till BDV sent out that email). Now when we raised the same issue to BDV, they are threatining us with i140 revocation. This company must be investigated by the feds for mal practice in immigration they exercise. Lets all report this to the FBI or Home Land Security Invesigations we can do that anonymosuly. We qualify for U visa for the shit we went through.

Just work one day per week. I would suggest not to take stress regarding this matter.
GRU AlphaMay 6, 2024
@el jugador I am not stressing bother, just thinking of ways these practices by them can be stopped, folks don’t gotta go through the shit we went through, if we don’t stand our ground who will ?
Dream DreamMay 6, 2024
if your employer is okay with terms and conditions that you are mentioned above , why you give damn about BDV thing , you are stressing yourself for nothing. chill out
GRU AlphaMay 6, 2024
@ Dream Dream what do you do when BDV threatens with i140 when you leave the job ? BDV gets paid by the employer for making us work under the treat of i140 revocation.

BDV is stupid, fool people and lie.
Dream DreamMay 6, 2024
@GRU Alpha I just ignored them , they can’t do anything like they mentioned in the email you got about revocation. If you i140 has been approved for 180 days and i485 has been pending for more than 180 days , BDV can’t do shit . so just don’t worry .

did you tell Bdv you wanna leave or it was your employer that told them? because how did Bdv find out

bdv couldnt do shit if you quit im pretty sure. Just do some more research and you’ll see its up to the employer if they want to withdraw the I-140, and they can only do so within i believe 180 days after filing, in the case where if they found out you lied on any part of your application. If you didnt, I wouldnt stress about it. Bdv do the same to everybody.

@GRU Alpha just work one day per week bro. I had the same case. I was blamed at work that I did not show up but I was there whole time clocked-in, getting more hours and working my ass-off. I sent every clocked-in papers to the BDV and told them, if someone wants to fire me from work, I will sue them first and no matter whoever it is; either BDV, or General Manager or Entire company whom I worked for. Just work one day per week bro. I am doing the same. If your interview is set up then Tell BDV you want full time till you face the interview. And they should provide you full time if you have to go through the interview. Nobody can deny your request regarding one day per week. Every one is doing the same thing after the completion of minimum 1year work contract. All the best bro. I can imagine you have been going through these all. But I went through more worst at my place. Till today I am fighting for my rights at my work. 😁

My tip when dealing with them is that do not get scared and make them be transparent to you, get everything in writing. If you fulfilled all terms and conditions in the contract with BDV, they can't technically do anything. Look back on that and check, knowing that you signed employment contract with your employer, not BDV. They are just some sorts of broker who connect workers with employers and lawyers. They thought we know nothing and they can scare us so they sometimes make frivolous threat for the sake of their employer clients. Your employer controls your employment requirements, not them. If you and them both agreed on amending the work schedules (in writing), who are they to interfere? You can tell them that your employer agreed on changing the schedule (send them proof), that you have completed 1 year (proof, again), and ask them to explain why they are reporting you. Make them explain their threat to you in-legal-details. Then see how they respond. If you want to be sure or just for the peace of mind, work 1 day per week. A lot of people I know did that.
