explain October bulletin for eb1
can someone share thoughts on eb1 category from October bulletin? when do you think 2020 priority date may be current for eb1 India ?
how long does it take for advance parole if I apply for it now ?
note- my 485 is pending since I filed it few months ago when it was current.

same situation here. i got my ead in May, and pending i131 and i485. looking at past EB1-A history, the dates will slowly and sreadily move up, and will become same as it was before soon (i.e. Feb 1, 2022)

With the way people are transferring priority dates from EB2/EB3 to EB1, it is hard to make estimates. It may move forward or backwards. You never know.
