I never know that if your petition is based on family 2nd preference that one has to wait another indefinite years at nvc after uscis had approved your case...
My case was approved in August 2023 and has been at nvc for about 5months now😪😪
My pd 2021.
USA process really requires alot of patience.
Anyone going through the same thing??

F2B my PD is nov 3 2015 been waiting for an interview date since dic 2020

Aside nvc. you will still ve to wait for pd to become current. In Nigeria after DQ, it takes 8 to 10 months before you go for interview if your pd is current. I ve been dq since July but unfortunately my pd is not current. Sadly why the re keeping families apart
