expedition request
hello family, I filed for expedited request on our form i130 two days ago and after 4days of submitting the request I had a message on my USCIS account stating I should upload documents and letter explaining the reason why they should expedite my form i130. i upload the letter and the documents a week and some days ago but there has not been respond since, please can someone share how long it takes to hear from them after expedite request

@Samuel charantay You will need an incredibly good reason. They will take there time with your response.

you would need a really good reason and even than it might not get approved

I have a good humanitarian reason, with all medical records, it's a form i130 and my priority date is August 3rd 2024

@Racquel Denton yes I130 stand alone, priority date is August 3rd 2024 and is consular processing
