i don't know which one my lawyer did .

but she did it base on financial, mental, emotional abuse with the help of the shelter i went . I am at work guys , i will explain more later

my lawyer file everything. So i don't know if the 360, 485 , 765 vawa and 765 c09 . yesterday my expedited request was approved and today my card was produced. So i was wondering if Vawa 360 will be approved soon

Hi everyone. Sorry you all . My expedited request was base on humanitarian reasons. I left my abuser house and went into a shelter with my two kids . Because he was treating me so badly and my lawyer recommended that shelter. Going into that shelter was a big help. my lawyer sent in some pictures that i took to her office doing my application in June , police report, shelter verification form, video of him pulling my daughter over tv remote , documents from my mental health department, our marriage certificate, our daughter birth certificate, so many pictures from different occasions that we went with family, screenshots of messages, screenshots of emails that shows he was sending money to different people and not actually giving me money as his wife . I file June 10 2023 . Got one prima facie letter. I left my abuser home october 10 2023 and everything happened so fast . my first work permit was base on DED and it was expected along with Vawa EAD . I got my DED work permit in a week after expedited request. now i am awaiting VAWA EAD soon .

@poshness spice You sound very aggressive and don't ever address me that way. Do you want me to screenshot the conversations between me and my lawyer by telling her i didn't know she expedited my VAWA work permit co9 ??? Do not be rude on this platform. What i knew was my DED EAD was expedited. My lawyer is very good and cares so much about me . she is working behind my back and sometimes she doesn't tell me . Because she had all evidence that she needed and it was summited in june. The only document she added recently was my shelter verification form. so never in your life addressed people this aggressive way because i am not sitting 🪑 on this app. I have work, kids and so many things going on.
