for them to work for your 485 it will need them to approve I360. so you need to expedite 360 after approval then try to expedite 485. I hope I answered your question

11 days to get expedition approval. I got rfe and it took 7 days to approve after I sent in RFE

guys, the reason i want to try to expedite my case is I worry for my mom. she is old, had big tumor grow on her neck and she doesn’t want to have surgery. I want to have a chance to see her again.

i called my lawyer assistant, the lawyer got sick and the assistant even don’t know I360 can have expedite. I paid them with so much money to file my case. but i feel regret they always busy and didn’t really helpful if I called them. always busy. their after service not great at all. she even upset many times if i texted or called. so I am scared to contact them. I understand that they have a lot of clients and I never bother them too much. They just never put themselves in our shoes.

I expedite based on humanitarian reason. mom is old. got medical report from back him and wrote a letter myself, explaining why I need my case expedited. send to HotlineFollowUpI360.vsc@uscis.dhs.gov. don’t wait for your lawyers guy. get it done yourself

@hikmah anizia PD means priority date. I meant when you applied and submitted your application. please do as @Olo go said and also send it by mail usps to them as well. get medical report, write a cover letter stating why you need to expedite and explain in detail and submit. I’m sure they will approve it and expedite your case.

@Shanice blue yes I expedited too and I sent it through usps because everything vawa related has to be sent physically and not electronically. so you will have to post it through usps.

@Olo go I filed them same thing to expedite but they denied me. my mom is really sick and I submitted her medical report but I guess to their standards she’s not sick enough

@Shanice blue blue. no need to send expedite request by regular post. You only need to send email, attaching your letter of request and whatever supporting document to HotlineFollowUpI360.vsc@uscis.dhs.gov. Thus email address is on USCIS website.
