expedite/ USCIS agent
Hey everyone,
I just called USCIS to know where my expedite request is at and she said she cannot talk to me, she can only talk to the petionner..
but Im the one that did the request two weeks ago…
is this normal or it depends on the agent..
if I call again maybe they will give me information?

it depends on the case u requested "expedite"... If it's for the I-130 then you have to let your spouse- the petitioner- call but if it's for I-485, then you can called back again and speak to another agent.
