How did you fax? I used online faxing tools, I wonder if they don't receive my documents :/

Faxing tools(what does that mean?) I scanned the evidence and sent it out from my PC with the cover letter to the number they gave me in the email.

There are websites that you can send fax like hellofax.com

Gotcha, I am not aware of HelloFax but I simply used my phone number to fax the evidence so it will show in your phone app, if the fax has been delivered to the recipient.

Do I have to have home phone to do that?

Nope, you don't need to have a home phone. It is actually a mobile fax. I hope they will respond to you soon! They took more than a month to ask for the evidence from the initial expedite date and one day to approve it. 😇

Guys. In case needed. The staples store send fax, print and scan. I highly recommend

@ F C- Unfortunately, I did not followed any youtube videos but simply did what my gut said. 😊 let me explain to you- I gathered all the evidence(employer letter, medical bill, personal cover letter with Attn info on it and copy of the email received from USCIS), scan all the documents. Saved it into my PC/Phone. Initiate the fax using my PC then it asked where to send, I used the fax number provided by USCIS. It also asked my number to enter. once I do so I clicked the “send” button then it started its process that took around 5 minutes for my evidence to be delivered. Once delivered, it says “Fax Delivered” with a green light signal. That is how I assumed my evidence was delivered! If you think your evidence was delivered to them not to worry much. I understand the pressure but you will hear from them sooner or later.

You can use fax service in UPS or if you have PC you can download HP app and it has free fax option. You don't need to pay anything. You will need to write a cover letter and put "Attn:xxx Tm" etc. those numbers are showing which officer will get your faxed documents.
