hope you have a good news soon! May I ask that except a job offer letter, what else should I need to prepare? I want to submit a expedite request due to the personal financial loss situation.

@barb sw. we are on the same boat. they received my application October 14th. biometrics done in March of this year… this is so frustrating, I hope I get my EAD before my H1b expires 😞

@em t, I didn’t send them the proof of financial loss or job offer yet, they didn’t request it, maybe they will ask for it in few days or directly they will approve the expedite. I prepared bills, mortgage, etc.. use everything that you think it will show them your financial loss 😊

@Tammy, I can imagine how frustrating it is! i was not able to wait more time after 8 months without working and using all savings…. keep positive, you will receive it, if not, you can always try to expedite it as I did 😊 Good luck!!!!🍀

@barb sw. I was able finally to apply for expedition early this week, Tuesday I believe. I’m due with my first baby august 5th and H1B expires on august 8th. Hopefully they will approve before then, that’s all I need. good luck to you as well! keep me updated!
