I sent mine through my uscis account and got an automated email from them.

@Question Mark Yes, but my case is different and there is no option there. And if you send it there, they send you an email telling you to send it by mail in the same way. I'll call there and tell them I sent it.

@Naya B it takes about 3 weeks to 2 months to get responses about your expedite request. just be patience. they will reach out to you very soon.

@Question Mark you cannot send an expedite request through your online portal. it will not be accepted. you have to send it through mail services. that’s means send physically to USCIS. VAWA cases are treated differently and not online. so you will have to redo it and send it physically.

@bolaji imran someone did by their uscis portal and when I called uscis they told me I can do it…there’s an email you can use through your portal to upload your information and why you are expediting…thank you

@joy orji do you have a uscis account and if yes sign in scroll down and you will see case inquiry click that and it will give you open based on your vawa case and you will use the email they provided and write them why you want to experdite with all your evidence..and send.After sending you will get an automated response from them.

hello fam, seeing that most persons on this thread has the account, down in the greencard case do you guys have the myprogress tab? Mine has 2 months is it accurate?

@Question Mark from my experience, they will not attend to anything sent to USCIS pertaining to Vawa cases if sent online. the only people who are allowed and liable to send through USCIS portal and all are the lawyers, they have a dedicated email for them alone. but any other person it has to be through postal services. Due to how sensitive VAWA cases are they know the abuser might have access to the portal of someone that of being abused and they can do stuff to their account to make their process more difficult and it’s the abusee word over the abuser; if you get what I mean. so that’s the more reason why they want all evidences or info to be mailed through postal services to them for security reason. I hope this explains it better. Also only other categories like marriage cases, employment cases and the rest have the right to send through their online portal and they accept but not for VAWA cases.
