expedite request
on july 24 i contacted uscis to request expedite and then on september 04 i got a mail from them saying that my request got denied. i contact my local congressman right away to ask for help about my expedite request and on september 06 they sent my documents to uscis. anybody on the same boat? i request expedite for my i-765 and i-131.

When is your PD date?
I went and contacted congressman, and they submitted request for expedition on 9/5, I haven’t heard anything yet. My PD date is June 16th.

My husband and I expedited July 31st and never heard back, even with a congressman involved. We put in a sevice request August 30th 2023 and haven't heard about that either. PD Sept 12 2022

It is totally depends on reasons for expedite. Did you write a detailed letter saying why you are requesting for expedition on your cases?

@Faithful God I did, sent in bills, lease, car insurance, car loan, etc, wand also my nanny passed away 2 weeks ago, so i also did say that in the letter too

@Faithful God i send everything to them. my reason for expediting my father is sick back home our families dues to pay. and still nothing.
