I submitted twice at the beginning of 2022. in several days after submission received email with instructions to apply proof of extreme need of EAD. after I sent those proves by email , took 1 week to be approved and more 1 week to get actual EAD renewal

@Hope C unfortunately I don’t remember exactly how many days took to get that email requesting evidence, not to many that time , around several days . it was email from an officer assigned to my expedite request

@B A Unfortunately, not yet. I submitted my expedite request last Monday. I tried to contact them on Friday, and they told me that it will take at least 7 days, but it can take more time…

@B A yes, I received the same email. I did the first expedite by myself, but I will try with a congressperson in the upcoming days.

@B A I hope so! I just can’t understand why my husband’s and our daughter EAD and AP were approved one month ago, but mine wasn’t. Good luck with your ER!
