Thank you! Mine is at Potomac office. I made the initial request via phone due to finiancial loss to a person reason and I have a job offer awaiting - First time on 04/14/22 - They ask me to wait for 7 business days - I got no response so I followed up on 04/26 via phone, the agent resubmitted my request and told me to wait for another 7 business days, they also said if I didn’t hear back, give them 30 days - I followed up about another 3 or 4 times before the next 7 business days deadline - asking for an update on the status and they kept telling me my case is unassigned and no update, just keep waiting - I finally received an RFE email on 05/05 (literally 7 business days later lol) and I submitted my documents right away via fax, that includes: a job offer, a cover letter explain my (financial loss and uscis error - my package got sent back once after submission for no reason which cause the delays, then usps eff up and lost our package, however they found it! thank god) and their notice per the instructions - Received the notice on case tracker app this morning 05/10 saying that a card is being produced!!!! Thanks god for this, I have just been reading about other people case and I was freaking out! I don’t know if my follow up had any effect on this, but also a lot of praying in between!
