Expedite Request for Advance Parole (AP)
If someone files EAD and AP concurrently, can they apply for the expedite request of AP after being denied of EAD expedite request two times?

you can expedite as often as you like for either ead or ap. if it is a combo card application they are treated as if one and the same. unfortunately these requests are almost always denied. if you really need to travel, consider filing for emergency travel authorization at your local uscis office which will enable you to travel without an AP or EAD if you have a valid visa
