Expedite Request approved i-130
Hi Everyone,
Need your expertise in this matter since uscis customer care isn't a big help these days.
Case filled: November 2 2022
Expedite Approved: 11th May 2023
Finally, after 7 months of chasing, Our expedited request has been approved through a congressman.
However, i didn't quite under this message from USCIS:
"We escalated your inquiry to a senior officer. After careful consideration and review of the information provided, your constituent's request is approved. This case is in the process of being assigned to an adjudicating officer. We do not have a timeframe on when this case will be reviewed to completion."
What does this mean? Should I be expecting a decision sooner? My Portal hasn't been updated yet that my expedite request has been approved. #i-130 #expedite request #i-485 #uscis #2023

I think it this case, the expedite worked by getting your case to start been actively reviewed. Also, maybe share your visa Timeline on your status on the app here. I notice it helps get better input

my case has been showing “ Case was recieved and a receipt notice was sent”. its hasnt even been updated to “ Expedite request Approved”. wondering how long will it take to get it uodated. and the comment above fron USCIS mean anything promising or not

mine didn’t show expedite request approved. not show it does for everyone. Call them tomorrow and say info pass to talk to a tier 2 agent. Many I’ve spoken to have been pretty helpful especially when you can ask specific questions.
