@Vanessa Tai Hi Vanessa, how long did you have to wait? my status still says case is actively being reviewed. I got the approval letter under notices

@Joonghoun Kim I did it through the live chat via Emma. I requested it under financial loss. The live agent who sent you an email with instructions on how to fax documents. I just faxed the documents as requested by them. good luck!

@Kong P Thank you for the answer, do you mind asking what documents they asked about financial loss? I wonder I'm qualifed too

it’s different for everyone. I have some healt problems so I faxed them my medication and medical bills and stuff

How fast after sending the fax did you get approved?

about 5 days including the weekend

2-3 weeks to get yr card in hand won’t pass a month thou
