expedite request
hello, it’s been more than 9 months since filed our I-130 case, no replies, very slow processing in Texas service center, and very huge backlog..
anyone knows how we can make a good expedite request? thanks.

you can’t expedite until it goes over 14 months. otherwise you’re still within normal processing time
