Expedite Request - Info
Hi All,
Submitted my expedite request on the basis of potential financial hardship for my I765 on Wednesday and got a receipt / request for proof today. I am 3 months away from not being able to work and just bought a house, first payment in September and cannot travel for work - Canada / UK.
I also can’t get a valid driving license and have been asked for our authorisation to work to validate insurances for the house.
What else did everyone put in as proof who were successful?

I got an email asking for scans of proof, to support the request. See below:
Upon receipt of your request for expeditious handling, your case has been reviewed and a determination made that we need additional information to make a decision regarding your request. Please scan and e-mail documents supporting your expedite request to tscsrmtdoc@uscis.dhs.gov.

I requested expedite via live chat on Wednesday, received the email today.

Hoepfully they accept, I am more hoping we get GreenCard soon - we have had 3 family members pass away on the UK and have been unable to travel to be with family.

@CG P7, I requested mine on July 06 and got an email on July 08
with the following;
Our system shows that a Service Request was created for you on July 06, 2021, regarding the status of your I-765 application. Your Service Request was assigned to the National Benefits Center and given Referral ID number ***************
The National Benefits Center should respond to you within 15 days from the date the Service Request was created informing you of what the office has done to resolve the issue you raised. If you do not receive a response to your inquiry or further notice concerning your case within 30 days, please contact the USCIS Contact Center for additional information.

Nothing yet, hoping no news is good news.....will see. I submitted closing statement, title deeds and all the other items being delayed by not having the card - insurance telling me in 90 days it will be invalid if I do not provide proof of status, same difficulty around driving licence.

No update on request, info sent back within 48 hours - hoping no news is good news. This will be business day 6 from returning info.
