expedite EAD.#VAWA
is there any other way i can expedite my work permit?im homeless with a kid,i call my lawyer to expedite my EAD she got the nerve to tell me.they dont do that .i contacted my congressman they dont give a reponse.
im depressed.
i think i’ll comit suicide before they approved this vawa.because my child is suffering .im losing my mind

just call uscis an ask for your case to be expedited they might ask for documentation to support your request

i got evicted from my appartment since april 15th
after my abuser tried to kill me several times i had no choice but reported him to the police .he stopped paying rent and moved out .i dont have friends ,i dont have any family in this country.i cannot control myself anymore.
i feel like giving up .i can’t watch my daughtersuffering when i cannot even help him

Hang in there please, don’t give up,this is a very difficult time we all are going through this long wait period, I’ve never experienced anything like this. Try going to a church the can assist with a temporary accommodation or help you find a place for you and your child,stay blessed.

call USCIS tell them your situation and try expedite a 3rd time call your lawyer and let her file husband abandonment with USCIS

I expedited four times before getting it. They never replied to congress but the surest bet is ombudsman office.

Google ombudsman’s uscis office. They will ask you to file online. Make sure you have evidence of reaching out to uscis countless times, evidences of contacting congress man and evidence of financial hardship.
i sent copies of my monthly salary, credit card spending, letters indicating denial of medicaid with prima facie, son’s daycare receipt and others you may have.
They will reach out to you in less than 30 days.
