Expedite EAD
I got in a call with a USCIS agent in order to expedite my EAD, the agent told me before filing my case that if my petition is denied it will further delay my EAD. Is this true? It doesn't make a lot of sense that if you want to expedite your request it may get delayed. Has anyone had any experience with this?

my lawyer told me exactly the same, she suggest just wait for the normal process to get the EAD, otherwise the process can be delayed even more asking for the expedite

if he said that, he is in the best position to know that

that’s bs, USCIS itself states denied expedite doesn’t change your adjudication
