@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 absolutely no update since 2022. reached out through congressman and that didn't help. I will have to look into suing for sure.

@Yanz . some guy recently approved had to go for another interview because his case literally got put to the side by an officer that never made notes. it just happens like this sometimes.

@Yanz . you need to call USCIS every week Early Morning on Monday. Ask them for update. ask them to expedite your case as your case is outside normal processing time.

@Yanz . same Situation with my case i crossing 2 years marriage anniversary next month and I contact with congressman last week about my I-485 is out of processing time and they just put inquire about my case and I m waiting for response no interview and nothing almost 2 years done soon , can you tell me what response you get from congressman,???

@Singh USA 🇺🇸 back in In November 2023 all they just forwarded me an email from uscis stating my case was being actively reviewed. I reached out to them about 3 weeks ago and haven't received a response yet. I had an info at the field office back in April and all I was told is that my case is ready to be scheduled for interview so I should continue waiting. I'm 3.5 years in marriage. The entire process is just ridiculous

@Yanz . my filing date is close to yours had interview 7 months ago only thing that happened is action taken actively reviewed 2 after interview but nothing no rfe no approval I think they just put older case aside
