joint sponsor

a joint sponsor is NOT required. if you’ve applied with all the evidence they’ve asked for you should be good. if they need anything else from you they will send you a letter in the mail detailing exactly what they need from you. try your best to respond to them as fast as possible as your case doesn’t process if you receive an RFE until they receive the information they’re asking for. however if you haven’t received an RFE then you’re sadly just playing the waiting game

@miaa brown no I haven't send them am planning to file this month just wanted to know what evidence is really required and are they strict about financial support

@zzzz ss so sadly yea they are really strict about the financial and a joint sponsor would be required if your spouse is unable to meet their criteria on their own
