I sent my evidence way back in Oct 23 with my i130 and 1485 such as joint bank statements/ bills act .. but when I login to my account can see only ID and Tax some evidence not all of it,so if I upload new evidence will delay my case process time cuase it’s been 4 days since I got an email from them but there is no sign for any action

that’s my case! i cannot see in my account the evidence I sent.. but I guess it is because they sent it via mail (physically) don’t worry!

yea no worry , they won’t upload it in the file for us.
