the las thing was my layer call me and she said i am going to interview of everything the is going to happen tomorrow a lot question about my self and there was one little problem the me and my son mother we no together we split but i have a son 15 years old and i have the custody of him and second i make good money and son mom she get food stamps and help to pay the rent so that was a little problem

but my layer ask my about 100 question the day before court about my job my taxes my son mother if we going to get together again she has another son and most of the questions was about him no to much about my son

if you want i give you my phone you can call me or he can call me to help you and i thing it’s better for him to call his layer and ask him to interview him before ho go to court or ask the layer about the questions they going to ask him it’s a lot i was there about 1 hour and 30 minutes

it’s not the judge who is going to interview him is the lawyer and the judge will keep and eye on him or ih said something wrong he will write down and ask him later on about what him he thing is wrong

they aprove the I485 back in 2013 so i don’t know at this point what’s next

Are you waiting for social security number? I heard stories of the Immigration judge only able to give out a number of green cards & if there’s none they put you on a wait list. but I heard once put on the wait list it takes a few years. not sure if that’s your case.

i have my social since 2014 my aplication I 485 was aprove on 2013 but because i have to go to the judge first so they stop it i guess so when i when to the office they give me a receipt number but when i when online to look for the number my I 485 was there and she said will take two months if not i have to talk to my lawyer

okay that’s a long time coming as long as you are approved & you have your social so you can work.

yo was about to lose my job in 2014 when they ask me for my paper

it was bad for me in my job but finally two months later they aprove my 1765 and got my social

and then after that i was hard for me to change my social at work to they ask me why

oh wow you was working without documentation. usually it’s hard to find a Jon without documents. A stable job at that. thank god you were able to get your social & hold on to it.

My husband had his final court date today. it was extremely intense & the person from DHS was extremely mean & bitter. He will have to return back on Thursday for a decision but it doesn’t look good.😢

@Alfredo I’m hanging in there although, I got up feeling really sad & out if it. I went to work it helps me to not dwell on my sarrows. I been looking at lawyers to appeal in case his doesn’t win his case. Worse case scenario is he will have to remain detained while we appeal to BIA but, praying & asking god to not let it get that far.

Hola Alfredo cual era su fecha de prioridad, por que yo tuve mi Corte final en September 2019 pero mi fecha que recibieron mi caso fue enero 2019, se supone que estoy aprobada pero tengo que esperar por una Green card
