@ mandamus is your only option. I’d consult an attorney that specializes in writ of mandamus.

@A K main confusion is don’t know GC processing is paused or not

@ it is NOT paused. The pause was from March 25 till April 10.
But expect significant delays, people are getting GCs but at a slower rate than under Biden. We just all need to be a bit patient. Good news soon hopefully.
