@waiting_since Dec_2019 naaaah did you hire a lawyer. bruh if not please get a lawyer involved ASAP or your Congressman. I knew someone who filed hers in 2020 and wasn’t approved or nothing till she got a lawyer involved and was approved couple of weeks after.

@Victor john I think you should receive a new one prior to the current one expiration. I be telling ppl to get a lawyer because under this administration, stuff are unpredictable.

My dear keep praying to God, mine was approved 3 years and 4 months. Luckily, the following year I got my Green card. Honestly I didn’t use a lawyer but wrote them myself when they requested for evidence that I couldn’t provide. I believe you all will have a good news too. Best of luck

@waiting_since Dec_2019 I think you should reach out to your congressman, let them know it’s way past normal processing time. No update since 2019 is way out of pocket. I pray you receive good news that you deserve soon

@strawhat Sec my PF expired in April this year and yet to receive a new one. we have the same PD. when did your old PF expire?

mine from may 2022. 8 prima facie. they transferred my I 485 this year to MO for fast tracking since my I 360 still pending. still waiting. that’s all we can do just wait wait wait

hang in there this journey is tough mine got approved after 3 years, 5 months & 10 days no RFEs my gc interview is in less than 30 days 6 months after i360 approval

my Vawa was filed in April 23 rd and case was approved last year in June months. After that no RFE nothing

I filed Dec 2022, never received a prima facie, receive my wp that will expire in 5yrs. I am just thankful I get to work while I wait for God to place my file in the right hands. I really wish I could be approved
