Sharing my case details, comments with advice welcome! (EB-2 NIW, one of the 75 countries paused on consular processing abroad, but not amongst banned 39 countries)
- Filed I-140 November 2024 (PD Nov 1st)
- I-140 approved December 2024
- Liked I-485 and I-765 concurrently March 12, 2026
- Biometrics Appointment April 16
- Silent update (FTA0) May 12 on I-485 and I'm still waiting
Biometrics done in Philadelphia, PA.
Anyone had a case similar to mine? If yes, what should I expect next?
