Hello all,
Sharing my case details, comments with advice welcome! (EB-2 NIW, one of the 75 countries paused on consular processing abroad, but not amongst banned 39 countries)
- Filed I-140 November 2024 (PD Nov 1st)
- I-140 approved December 2024
- Filed I-485 and I-765 concurrently March 12, 2026
- Biometrics Appointment April 16
- 3x FTA0 on April 16 for my I-485 [CORRECTION]
3x FTA0 on April 16 for my I-765
- Silent update on May 12 for I-485 and I'm still waiting [CORRECTION]
Biometrics done in Philadelphia, PA.
Anyone had a case similar to mine? If yes, what should I expect next?

@A_W1 A I apologize because I made a mistake. I checked again and turns out I have 3x FTA0s on my I-485

Have you seen the I-485 Filers Excel Tracker on Reddit? it’s very informative. You get to see cases around your timeline and how they’re progressing.

You just need to locate the March ‘26 tab and fill in your details or just track what’s happening to other cases filed around your timeline.

my I-140 PD is 04 Nov 2024, approved in January 2025. Filed I-485 along with I-765 in March 2026 and had biometrics on 17 April in Baltimore. 2 FTA0 in I485 and 3 in I765. No update since then in API. I just inquired today 15 May 2026 from live agent, he said my case is in NBC processing normally and moving forward, and my interview is waived for now. I’m also from 75 countries but not from 39 ones. My profile is almost similar like you even then the timeline

wait patiently, things are slow; submitted mine Oct 2025 with PD Jan 2024. Both (I-485, 765) are pending, EAD is at Nebraska while I-485 is at San Bernardino
