Emma or live agent doesn't have an accurate info
I came to a point after a lot of research that Live agents and online accounts are all crap and have the wrong information, Live agents will tell you a different story but in real you will see different outcomes, 90% of people who asked live agents were informed interview was scheduled or waived but in real it was either not waived or either not scheduled, Online account is the biggest lie some people will see they are on step 4 and some are on step 3 but my real story is totally different so I will say don't stress about these things and just live your life because this hard time will go away soon. let me know if you guys wanted to share your online or live chat experience and then what was the outcome?

I was on step 4 (decision) before the glitch and 1 week now I am on step 2 and estimated time is 10 months, sometimes we try not to street ourselves but we can’t 🤷♀️

I've been getting emails that said an action was taken on my case, and that my request was submitted and I am like “huh?” I haven’t sent any request and on the other side when I check what action had been taken there’s nothing new, I contact Emma and they say my case was transferred to my FOand my interview was waived, and then another one says it is still at NBC and yes my interview was waived, so idk it’s so confusing

Yes so my experience was my interview was waived according to a live agent and confirmed it multiple times and then on the flip side I got an email yesterday an action had been taken on my case and when I checked my online account there was nothing and live agent said they put me in the queue for the interview haha, this all is fake and I can prove that. Don't trust the online status until you get any notice or written document from USCIS

Well I got good info from a live agent. I was informed my file was transferred from Texas to Nebraska on Nov 13th and I would be getting a deciin within a week. Got approved in the 20th exactly a week later. So it all depends

@E R May I ask what question you gave for them to give a clear answer bc I always get general answers like my case is in normal process timing.

@Muattar Abduganieva.. emma gives you general answers. I ask repeatedly for a live agent. I was 98th in line but I waited. They actually moved fast. Exactly what he told me thats exactly what happened. I knew my filw waa transferred and approved before my lawyer
