Good afternoon community!
wishing everyone to get approved today I come with a general question expecting to know your opinion.
Why do you think every single Emma Agent bring different information? for example one of my friends is going through same process and one of the agents told her that her case was on her field office and her interview was waived but another one told her it was on the service center … is it just accuracy or they just don’t wanna share all the information?

@Aileen Gonzalez Gutierrez Hi, I don’t think Emma gives out accurate information. The live agents can look things up that we cannot see on the online account but I have recived mixed info from them as well. I really feel the system is so broken. 😞

i think some just don’t want to look up the information. most people where they get conflicting info, are advised to ask a 3rd time. there are uscis ISOs that have said online that they can see where the case is.

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 just read it! omg this is so frustrating!! I sent my concurrent filling to a USCIS address that was designated for I-130, the one for concurrent filling was another one so I contacted USCIS MANY times and they told me I had to do it again bc they were going to send it back or just dismiss it, so after crying a lot my husband decided to do the I-130 online and I was going to attach the receipt notice on my I-485 form once I was able to send it again (due to what Emma agents told me), we paid and everything, a couple of days later I got a notification that they processed my concurrent filling so they charge the money for the I-485 + I-130 AGAIN!! now we still have two I-130 and my husband contacted them today and they told him that this situation might be delaying my process!!! SMH THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE!!
