They can assume that the interview was waived if you were asked to send in your medical, but it’s still up to the officer after they review your case if they want to interview, I was just sent an interview notice after submitting my medical in august 23. Interview in a week 🙏🏾

I wouldn't believe the live agent 100% because sometimes the information is inaccurate or it's somewhat true two days before my approval a agent told me to inquire 2025 for a decision however few months back one said my interview was waived so that part was true because I didn't have an interview. So I'd say don't put all your trust in them don't have high hopes that what their saying is true trust and believe god have the last say .
