Spoke to a live agent via Emma and she said:
“Your case is still within normal processing time, your interview has been waived. Please continue waiting for a officer to make a decision on your case.”
Has anyone spoken to an agent and got this message. How long after did you wait for a decision on your case?

is your case teanfered to your fild office? I filed Feb 15 NBC and still no updates.

i just tried that and it said the same thing. "your case is with the new York field office. the interview has been waived. it is still under the pre-processing checks at this time."

My kid's case was replied like this. A month after she got approved. But i guess it is just luck, cause a lot still waited for months.
