456: They gave me a max date to return either on or prior to the date. It’s usually 30days from the date of approval as I was told provided you meet the criteria. I also noticed that everyone present there that was approved was given same date for return. It was all produced thesame time and we all waited almost 9hours but I think they wanted to give us that same day instead of sending it via mail to us which triggered the long hours. Though, it was worth the wait. I was given a form I-512L as the approval paperwork.

I just returned from my trip abroad. The only asked me what I went for and what I do in USA. It was very very easy.

we are planning to travel next week on June 06 2022. we are waiting for a tier2 officer call to set up an appointment. it’s been 54 hrs but we haven’t received call yet. what was your experience?

they’ll call you so long the promise to call. you might have received some text sms. keep track of the number. They’ll surely call you. In my own case it took them almost 6 days to call back

do you know the avg time frame they will set up for an interview? there should be a slot for an emergency appointment within a week, correct?

No. it depends on availability.

what if the availability is not there for a month? what’s the purpose of emergency appointment then?

I also wonder so too. my appointment date was 2 weeks plus after the call. The caller said there was no near appointment date when I questioned her about the long appointment date.

wow. that’s crazy. what was your Field Office? I live ln Gerogia and north carolina is just 2 hrs away they share the border. can you request for an interview appointment to North Carolina even if you live in GA?
