Hello @think positive Yes you can. it depends on the reason. You will have to submit evidence at your local field office after you make an in person appointment with the USCIS call center.

@think positive off topic, Wts the timeline for the EAD in your case. I filled in c09 too.

@kiran manne I am going to file C09 on vawa for the first time , my current EAD is on Marrige base expiring on November.
