Emergency Advance Porole
Hi Family,
i wanted to quickly touch base with you regarding my approved Emergency Advance Parole document that will grant me access back into the USA after my visit to Nigeria.
please do we have anyone who might have used the EAP to travel to either Nigeria or other country recently?
if yes, would you please be kind enough to share with me your experience when you got to the immigration place when returning back to the US and when you got to the US.
Looking forward to hearing from you with your help as this is urgent and will be appreciated.

Hello, I didn’t but I hear many successful experiences. But Bring all your papers physically (not copies) I don't think you will have any problems, you will do very well

so I used my AP to Canada and just got back last week. I was lucky because Toronto has pre clearance so I didn’t have to go through immigration again when I landed in the US. My experience was pretty smooth. At the secondary inspection I wasn’t asked any questions, I waited for about 10 minutes and the officer said I was good to go

@mimoza kutrolli - Yes I did utilize my EAP to Nigeria and came back without no issue. upon boarding from Nigeria, I gave the document to the airline folks and they allowed me into my flight without issue. make sure you photo copy those document so you can give the airline folks the photo copied EAP if they need to keep it. when I got to the US, they sent me to a second inspection which only took about 8min before I was called upon and escorted to the door where they told me welcome back home. it’s easy to use and let me know if you have any further questions.

@it’s done i am worried about upon boarding from my country if they know the EAP and allow me to come back bcs i dont have any visa in my passport

@mimoza kutrolli - You will be fine. make sure to get a ticket that properly will only have stop within US and not other country. Although the document is recognize in every country. just give them you passport and the EAP document. what country are you going to ?

@mimoza kutrolli - The validity depends on how critical your case is. Rarely will you see someone with 1 year EAP. Hightest I have seen is 6month.
