Email but no case update
I received an email from uscis about an action taken on my account that needs my attention on 10/4. But the is no case update when I check case status. Has anyone experienced this?

@Tish AI 2 Sundays ago I received the same email but my case remains the same, I contacted an agent and he said that my case was sent to the local office and then another agent said that it was a mistake, because USCIS sends emails automatically.🙁🙁

check your Documents on the website, if it was approved or if it’s an RFE, the document will be there

I went through the same thing. Emma live agent told me they just requested an interview but as to when? They do not know
