EB5 visa
Hello Friends
My husband is on an E3 visa since 2022. We have applied for an EB5 in March 2024. My Husband‘s E3 expires on December 21st 2024 which means he cannot continue his employment, Drivers licenses are expiring. none of the family members will be able to drive.
Case tracker shows.that our EAD application (I- 765) is 6th in queue and Advance Parole (I-131) is 4th in queue since 5th of December 2024.
Has anyone experienced this situation and can someone guide us what we can do at this point of time.

@vb we got our EAD and AP approved in the first week of January.

Yes i paid for a Pro version where you can check the case status. but honestly that doesnt help much. that doesnt give you any information except that queue. it is just my opinion.

Thank you. Yes got a combo card which was completely unexpected as I have been reading Combo Cards are not being issued.
For sure I will keep this thread posted once we get our 526 and 485 approved
